This role supports our Business Development (BD) team and channel sales partners by driving inside sales operations and technical support, including lead/opportunity management, quotations and configurations, cross-functional coordination, and technical collateral/training support. Upon completion of internal training, the role may participate in selected customer visits and basic application consulting.

- Inside Sales & Operations: Manage leads/opportunities in CRM; prepare business quotations, configurations, and standard documentation.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Technical, Service, Order Processing, and Production teams to ensure timely, accurate updates.
- Technical & Collateral Support: Maintain product literature and testing method notes; support trainings, seminars, and customer events.
- (Expanded) Customer Visits & Applications: After training, join meetings with channel sales and BD to provide basic testing-method overviews and configuration suggestions.
Education, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering disciplines preferred (Materials, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechanics, EE, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales / technical / application support in international plastics/petrochemical, composite, automotive, medical industries or from testing services or laboratories (strong graduates or junior considered).
- Good English in written & oral (CET6/ BEC Vantage level)
- Strong communication/coordination, attention to detail and timeliness; proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn about materials testing equipment and relevant standards (GB/ISO/ASTM)
- Domestic and international travels (20%)
