We are hiring a strong customer-service orientation, detail-oriented and organised Order Fulfilment Executive based in our Regional Headquarter in Singapore.
 
Job Overview
The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for delivering timely customer service to ensure a seamless experience and foster strong customer relationships. This role involves organising and processing customer orders with the production divisions, as well as coordinating shipment and logistics support to meet customer’s needs and demands efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Order Processing
  • Prepare and process orders including machines, parts & accessories with production division.
  • Verify order confirmation and coordinate with producing division on customer delivery timeline.
  • Create ZOHO orders for after-sales orders as well as service labour (one-time/contract) jobs.
  • Documenting after-sales orders in Digital dossier files (SharePoint) for future reference.
Shipment & Logistics
  • Facilitate shipment of machine, part & accessory orders in liaison with customers & partners.
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documents (packing list, certificate of origin, Airwaybill etc.)
  • Organise warranty parts & shipment as well as return of faulty parts to Producing division.
  • Regular verification of shipping invoices of courier/freight forwarder for onward processing.
  • Coordinate with customers for payment as well as AR, debit & credit notes as applicable.

Your profile

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in logistics handling

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in order processing.

Qualification

  • Knowledge on shipping & logistics skills.
  • Knowledge of invoices, incoterms, LC checking.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office & CRM.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English & other Asian language
