This position requires that you work and reside in Denmark in the greater area of Odense, Kolding or Vejle.
 
Start date: January or July 2025

Responsibilities

As a field service technician for Denmark at ZwickRoell, you are a representative of our company and play a decisive role in customer satisfaction. With your technical expertise and your passion for providing excellent service, you will contribute directly to the success and further development of our company. This position is based in the Odense / Kolding / Vejle region and carries the responsibility of calibrating and commissioning equipment at customer sites. As part of our service and commissioning team, you have the opportunity to apply your technical skills and showcase customer commitment in a dynamic environment.
 
Tasks include:
  • Commissioning and calibrating our high-quality static and dynamic materials testing machines for our customers in Denmark.
  • Analyzing faults and finding suitable solutions to ensure testing machines always produce valid test results.
  • Providing technical consulting and training for customers in regard to optimal use and maintenance of their systems.
  • Working closely with the sales and customer service team to ensure a seamless service process and to develop customized solutions.
  • Documenting on-site service visits and creating test certificates.
  • Active participation in continuing education initiatives to keep up to date with the latest testing technology and to be able to offer our customers a high level of service.

Job requirements

  • Technical education specializing in the field of machine building / mechatronics / electrical engineering / electronics and several years of vocational training in a similar / related occupation.
  • Prior experience in field service or in application technology is preferred, however motivated career starters with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Good command of written and spoken German or English is required in addition to Danish to enable efficient communication with international colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, strong customer focus and high degree of reliability.
    Valid car driving license.
